Delivery

Some Asteri releases are roasted to order, while others are prepared from carefully rested small batches. Where this applies, the expected preparation and dispatch timing will be shown on the product page and confirmed after purchase.

Delivery is calculated once the full delivery address has been entered at checkout.

Asteri Collective members receive complimentary UK delivery on eligible orders. CoffeeBank includes Collective membership, so CoffeeBank members receive the same delivery benefit.

Recurring coffee deliveries (Asteri Ritual) do not include free delivery on their own — the applicable delivery charge is applied to every drop. Complimentary UK delivery for Collective members: Collective and CoffeeBank members receive complimentary standard UK delivery on every Asteri Ritual drop.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you with its delivery details and tracking information where available.

Different delivery rates may apply to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and other offshore destinations. The applicable cost will be shown at checkout once the full delivery address has been entered.

We deliver to selected destinations across Europe and the rest of the world. Available services and costs are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges applied after dispatch. These charges are not included in the order or delivery price unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Because we work with rare coffees in small quantities, preparation times can vary between releases. Ordering more than one coffee may mean that your parcel is dispatched when all items are ready.

If separate dispatches are available, this will be shown during checkout or confirmed with you directly.
