Important
Your CoffeeBank balance is made up of your monthly contributions and any CoffeeInterest added by Asteri. This balance can only be used towards eligible purchases with Asteri Coffee. CoffeeInterest is added as promotional coffee credit, has no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash. If you pause or cancel CoffeeBank, your remaining balance and any unused CoffeeInterest will be handled in line with the CoffeeBank Terms.

- Your balance — remains available to spend, in full.
- Your CoffeeInterest — already-earned CoffeeInterest stays with you.
- Direct Debit — no new deposits are collected until you resume.
- Resuming — pick up from your account whenever you're ready.
If you cancel
Keep your balance, or take your cash back.
- Keep your balance — future deposits stop, and your deposited money and CoffeeInterest already earned stay in your account to spend. No 90-day deadline.
- Or withdraw — we return your available deposited money to your original payment method and remove the CoffeeInterest earned on it. We show both figures before you confirm.
- CoffeeInterest — promotional coffee credit; it can be spent with us but never withdrawn as cash.
- Direct Debit — no future collections once cancelled.

No. CoffeeBank is a monthly coffee credit membership. You choose what to order and when, rather than receiving a fixed monthly shipment.

The 10% member discount applies to standard Asteri Coffee at checkout. It does not stack with other promo codes, referral credit or sale prices — the best available price is applied automatically. Limited releases (including Black Label and Rare Reserve drops) are excluded from the 10% discount because allocations are capped, but Collective and CoffeeBank members still receive early access and free UK delivery on those orders.

Asteri Ritual is our recurring coffee delivery: your chosen coffee, prepared and delivered regularly. Choose your coffee, size, grind and delivery rhythm, then pause, skip, change or end your Ritual from your account. It is separate from Collective membership and CoffeeBank.

Not on its own. A standalone Ritual is charged standard delivery at the applicable address-based rate. Asteri Collective members receive 5% off Ritual orders and complimentary standard UK delivery, and every CoffeeBank customer gets those benefits because CoffeeBank includes Collective membership.
