Producer · Diego Bermúdez · Finca El Paraíso
Finca El Paraíso sits at 1,960 metres in Cauca, Colombia, producing small, carefully managed lots of Geisha. The team combine precise agronomy with experimental post‑harvest protocols — most notably a vacuum antimaceration workflow followed by staged dehydration and dehumidified drying. Production is deliberately limited and workshop-like, with meticulous lot tracking and hands-on processing; these coffees are technical expressions of variety and process, made to explore and protect floral clarity within tightly controlled parameters.

Good to know
Questions before you brew
Whole beans stay fresher for longer because grinding exposes more surface area to oxygen. If you own a burr grinder, always pick beans and grind just before you brew. Choose ground only if you don't have a grinder at home. When you pick ground, tell us the brew method (espresso, filter, cafetière, AeroPress, moka) and we grind El Paraíso Geisha Élan to the exact particle size for that method.
